What is your turn around time for custom invitations?

Accepted Answer

It is all dependent on how much design there is and the depth of the custom design. Typically it is about a 3 week turn around time of designing, getting proofs approved, and then sent to print production to be ready for your pick up or shipped to you.

Delays come from additional edits from the design proofs and delays of information from the client.

What type of paper do you use?

I use a high quality, thick, matte white card stock for all my orders.

Do you offer envelopes with your paper goods?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All invitation orders (pre-made or custom) come with white A7 envelopes. Custom colors in envelopes are subject to request and availability, it will include a up-charge in price for colored envelopes.

Can you address envelopes for our orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! I offer addressed envelopes as an add to all custom and pre-made orders. It will be addressed in the style of the invitation design to make sure they are cohesive

I got my invitation in the mail and I love them but they are damaged. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Oh no!! That is such a bummer and I am terribly sorry about that. If this happens, please email me a photo of the damage right away, the more photos the better and I will get a new order out to you ASAP. I use Priority Mail with insurance so if your order comes damaged, we need the photos to submit a claim to USPS for the damages.
